[Evolution] Arbitrary restrictions on folders

I might want to create say two folders called "His Calendar" and "Her
Calendar" and then delete the original "Calendar" folder. Why can't I?

Ditto tasks. I might have task folders "Project A" and "Project B" and
not need a folder called just "Tasks". Perhaps I don't want any tasks
folders at all. Why can't I delete "Tasks"?
