[Evolution] Character encoding in 1.4.x?

I have a strange "bug" in Evolution. I receives mails containing norwegian letters and this usually works ok. But sometimes, the norwegian letters are all screwed up. Others that opens the same mail with other clients doesn't have this problem. Is this i Evolution thing or some thing that is not set? And how do I fix it, if possible?
