But I want to choose the folder for every email.

 With the filter I can
only choose a static folder. For example I want to keep all email
traffic for a project in one folder. Mickey and Donald (fictious persons
:) ) work together with me on project A. So I can copy all emails to and
from Mickey and Donald to folder Project_A. However, Mickey shares also
project B with me. So how to choose where to copy the email?

Try it, read the manual. Filters are FILTERS, not just changing the
sent folder.l

Tools->Edit Filters

choose "Outgoing" in the drop-down box.

now you can add/edit any outgoing filters which will run automatically
on a message after it has been sent - so you could copy it to another
folder if you want.

Hi,
is it possible to copy a message to a desired folder and then sending
the message? I want to keep copies of the mail I send. At the moment, I
have to open the local sent-mail folder and then copy the message to the
desired folder.
