[Evolution] Unable to open answerbook.

Dear all,
I am unable to use my Contact folder on my suse 8.0, which has evolution-1.0.2-48. i have a fresh installation of suse 8.0.
The error is "Unable to open the answerbook",
I searched the web and could found that under ~/evolution/local/Contacts/ in my systerm there is no "answerbook.db", (evolution-wombat is also not there)
Please guide me how to make my "contact" work,should i install any more packages, or any guide to link will also help me.
