since you are not getting duplicates of all mail (just mail from a
particular list), that seems to suggest that this is not an evolution
bug at all :-)

- make sure you aren't really getting duplicate copies from the list
software (chck that the pop server doesn't contain dups)

- make sure your filters aren't duplicating the mail (add a stop
processing after the filter rule that copies/moves the mail to a new
folder?)
