[Evolution] Deleting mail

Is there some way I can configure Evolution to actually delete my mail
instead of marking it for deletion -> and then having to separately
expunge it ?

alternatively, moving the deleted mail to a Trash folder would be just
as useful, as long as a copy is not left in my INBOX that is marked for
Deletion.
