[Evolution] Evolution not working

Good morning

I just reinstalled RedHat 9 yesterday and also updated my evolution to 1.4.5.  Now every time I try to start 
it up, it goes through the "first time login" screens and never saves my settings.  Then when I try to click 
on an e-mail link ( like evolution lists ximian com ), it closes down with an error message, 1766 and then it 
completely dies.  I am doing this through webmail.  Would really appreciate anyone's help.  I did a google 
search and didn't find anything.  Thanks again.
