[Evolution] Scroll wheel

Hi,

My wife's raised a query about Evolution 1.3.92, which I figured I'd ask
here before putting it on Bugzilla, in case it's not a bug (or not an
Evo bug).

She's observed that in 1.2.x, scrolling with the wheel on the mouse
seemed smoother than it does in 1.3.92.  I suspect that the scroll
amount was simply smaller in 1.2.x giving the illusion of a smoother
scroll, but I'm not sure if this is something that Evo controls, or if
it's a GTK+ thing?

Is there anyway to configure this, so that (as my wife puts it) she has
control over it, rather than it having control over her?
