[Evolution] re evolution slow

thankyou to the last poster who gave me the clue...
evolution now runs at a reasonable speed. the cause was my network
configuration. It seems Mandrake have reintroduced their old dhcp
network problem of not including the hostname into /etc/hosts. Strange
as this was "fixed" several versions ago!
