[Evolution] Evolution 1.3.1 + Red Carpet + Red Hat 8

Hello there,

I am unable to install Evolution 1.3.1 from the Evolution Beta channel, this is the error I get:

I can however download it from the Evolution Development Snapshots, altho that one SegFaults when I start it.
