Binary file /usr/bin/gnome-gtkhtml-editor-1.1 matches
This seems to imply that the template names are compiled into the
executable, so I'd guess that you can't add your own.
I've searched through the /usr/lib/evolution, /usr/include/evolution,
/usr/share/evolution and /usr/share/gtkhtml-1.1/ directories for further
info, but can't find a needle in that haystack...
...any help, hints, tips or nasty comments?
