[Evolution] HTML Templates (or was this covered before?)

Occasionally, I send an HTML formatted email to some folks that use M$
Outlook or M$ Outlook Express - but ya know, there's only three built-in
templates (Perforated Paper, Cubes and Blue) - is there a way to create
new HTML templates, or is this a waiting game?

I've searched through the /usr/lib/evolution, /usr/include/evolution,
/usr/share/evolution and /usr/share/gtkhtml-1.1/ directories for further
info, but can't find a needle in that haystack...

...any help, hints, tips or nasty comments?
