[Evolution] Sylpheed Mail

Hi guys,

I'm trying to migrate from Sylpheed to Evolution, but I've a big big problem :-)

How can I take the Sylpheed's mail to use with Evolution?

I tried in Settings, Edit Acount, Receiving Mail, Type of server, as was posted in the FAQ, but nothing :-(. 
I put here MH format (Sylpheed's format), but nothing...

Anyone can help me?
