Probably another mis-understanding...

You can assign *one* key-id to *one* account. That makes sense, as you
very likely will have only *one* key for *one* email address.

If you want to send mails using another email address and the
appropriate key, you will need another "account". This applies in
general, even without using GPG.

So just create a second account, set Receiving Mails Server to "None" if
you do not need it and assign the other key-id to it. See Jasons
instructions for managing your keys.
