On all my GNOME 2 systems, ~/.gnome2_private is mode 700, so it doesn't
matter what mode ~/.gnome2_private/Evolution is.
Still, it couldn't hurt for all files under ~/.gnome2_private to be 600,
just in case something fudges the permissions on it.
