[Evolution] Outport contacts

I wrote several weeks back that after importing contacts with the Outport program I was left with 22 blank entires in my Evolution contacts that I am unable to delete or modify. At the time, I was told to open a bugzilla report, which I did. Today, my bug was closed as being not Ximian.

However, I'm still here with a messed up Evolution contacts database and 22 blank entries I'd like to delete. Additionally, I manually imported the 22 entries that for some reason didn't make it, and I've found that most of those entries are also unable to be edited or deleted. When I try to press save, I receive a "Card not found" error.

Is there any way I can fix my contacts? If all else fails, I'd like to export the contacts I have now, wipe out the contact DB, and then re-import what I had, hopefully without reimporting the errors.
