The dictionary itself is part of Mandrake 9.1 distribution. You only
need gnome-spell from Ximian.

gnome-spell1.0-1.0.4-0.ximian.6.1

To install Mandrake packages:
# urpmi <package up to the numbers>

To install Gnome Spell: use Red Carpet
