It gets big (300M) for one account only (the "remote" one):

emily:~/evolution/mail/pop$ du -s *
1056    alessio @ imaphost.cy.albourne.com
299594  alessio @ obi-wan.kenobi.it
1056    alessio @ pophost.cy.albourne.com

Files are even six months old.

emily:~/evolution/mail/pop/alessio @ obi-wan.kenobi.it/cache/0b$ ls -l
3deda7de000001fa
-rw-------   1 alessio  segflt      2662 Dec  5  2002 3deda7de000001fa

I'll erase them, but it looks a little weird.
