IFIRC, In the KDE control center, there is a section that allows you to set
the number of line the wheel scrolls. Or, maybe its in the Mandrake
Control Center, since I only use MDK and KDE, I know it;s in one of those,
just cant remember 100%.

I think its actually a setting in the mouse driver itself. However I
dont know if the linux driver lets you change this...
