Re: [Evolution] Evolution 1.3.92 on SuSE 8.2

Summarizing my observations based on Ralphs comments and summarizations
of the thread.

Don't have the time though, to file those bugs right now and as it seems
for the next week. Anyone has the time to search bugzilla and file them,
if not already done so? Ralph, Matthew, Mark?

If I get the bug numbers, I at least will be glad to comment those bugs,
if needed.

Contacts (web pages) - almost exactly as described by Matthew. I think
this is a 1.3.92 contact editor viewing issue, because once again when I
reverted back to 1.2.4 the web pages that were originally in my contact
list showed up, even though they appeared to not exist in 1.3.92.

Bug? Don't know, don't use them.

Based on your respective comments and my very limited experience I would
offer the following comments:

Calendar - probably just a sizing issue on my setup

Contacts - I suspect that the contact editor for all of us does not
properly use the information that is available. Matthew could not get
1.3.92 to show the web pages, Guenther appeared to lose his categories,
and I had both of these issues except that upon return to 1.2.4 all the
data was still there.

Appeared, yes -- they still were assigned to the Contacts, just not
showing up, as the master Category List was not imported.

Bug: Custom Categories are *not* imported during upgrade.

Email (delete key) - works for both of you and not for me ? ? ?
Hopefully on the next re-install attempt it will work for me. This was
actually the issue that made me revert back to 1.2.4. The other issues
I could have temporarily worked around in order to get the nice new
1.3.92, but I probably delete 200 - 300 emails a day and without a
single step method this is too onerous.

Works for me even in a sole email window. Only have tested that before
in the "preview" pane.
