[Evolution] HTML mail templates

I fully realise that many people hate HTML mail so please - that is not
the issue. There may be a few circumstances when one would want to send
HTML embellished emails.

Apparently you could insert HTML templates into a HTML email
(Insert-Template) but I fail to see how I could edit them, or where they
are kept on disk.

Any who can shed some light on this?
