Howzabout this:

If you don't have a ~/home/yournamehere/.gnome directory, create it.
If you DO have that directory, see if there is a file called Gnome in
it; if there ain't a file in there, create one called Gnome can put in
the following:

[URL Handlers]
default-show=netscape "%s"
info-show=nautilus --no-desktop "%s"
man-show=nautilus --no-desktop "%s"
ghelp-show=nautilus --no-desktop "%s"

Now, where I have "netscape" - change that to whatever you so desire;
exit Evo and fire it up again; see if that works...
