Should be possible, at least the Evolution 1.4.3 (and new gtkhtml
packackes etc.) are on the ftp server:
 ftp://ftp.ximian.com/pub/ximian-evolution/redhat-73-i386

If it was not possible, there may be a mirror lagging. Try another
mirror.

If there really is a bug withe the channel info not being updated, you
always can download those .rpm packages and install via command line.
Missing dependencies are reported and should be available on the ftp
server as well.
