Could you point me in the right direction on the script? You're right
that I have the field mapping, at least the ones I need, but I don't
know how to get them from CSV into the ICS format. I imagine it's some
sort of for loop that writes "DTSTART;TZID..." + $DTG (date time group)
etc, etc...but I'm not exactly sure how to do that.

Also, did you have any problems with the /softwarestudio... at the
beginning of each TZID? I'm trying to use this NFL calendar with
phpicalendar, and it really messes up unless I take out everything but
the "America/Chicago" for example.
