Is there a reason why this wasn't addressed for the Evolution 1.4
release?  It seems that, in the absence of anything better, it could
have been simple enough to add a simple condition: "if just upgraded
from 1.2 and (appointment view width is 0 or task view height is 0) then
reset sizes."

On the other hand maybe it's a lot more complicated than that.  Just
curious.
