I've never bothered to look too hard for virus protection under Linux as most viruses are MS spawened and driven by, IMHO, the poor practice of letting Outlook exec content. Should I be concerned that I could be receiving viruses now via my Linux Evolution mail reader?
Doesn't matter what mailer you use, you'll get viruses. There's less than a handful that affect Linux, and most of those aren't really viruses, they're Trojans. I go through every so often and run RAV on my system, just to clear up the disk space that's wasted by them. They're not a danger to a Linux system, they're just annoying because they take up disk space. -- Bill Hartwell <raven macmanusnet net> MacManus Enterprises
