[Evolution] Application Transfer to Palm?

How do you transfer a downloaded application to a Palm/Visor/Clié with
Evolution during the synchronization?

For example, I downloaded a Palm OS small application for translating
words between languages, and would like to load this application onto my
Visor.  Tools->Pilot Settings->Conduits has a feature for File Transfer,
but I cannot find where or how to configure this feature?
