[Evolution] systemwide mail settings

Hello, 

I am looking for a way to preconfigure those mail settings which are the
same for every user in a company. 

I would like to do this using Evolution 1.2, KDE 3.1 and Debian Woody. 

Things that would help: 

- Where does Evolution write the settings to? 
- Where is defined the path where Evolution looks for settings? 

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything on that topic on the
Ximian site or elsewhere in the net. Any hints or suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. If you need any more information, please ask!
