I was having the same problem that Mike was. Your advice helped solve it
for me also. Although, I found that, besides changing default-show, I
also needed to change http-show and https-show.

Yep, you're right -- if you have http-show and https-show, you have to
change that too. I didn't had those and I don't need them, as default
would trigger http, when no http-show set...
Tweak your Desktop -- and have even more fun... ;)
