Make sure threading is switched on for that folder - ^T toggles
threading.

If you mostly communicate with people using broken mail clients (ie
outlook), then you may need to set threading by subject on - see

[shutdown evo, killev and possibly oaf-slay before editing the config
manually - make sure you have a backup too]
