[Evolution] Cutting off part of link when passing to browser.

When I attempt to pass a link to Phoenix (Firebird) or Mozilla from an
email message it cuts part of these links off.

When I click on the link this is what I get in the browsers URL:

I am currently using 1.2.4, but this has been happening for some time??
