I am not authoritative, but I asked a similar question some days ago.

There will be no 1.2.x versions of Evolution packaged by Ximian. The
reason is simply, Evo 1.4 will be released soon (I do hope, soon).

I don't know about RedCarpet, but I assume RedCarpet will be available
for Mandrake 9.1 as soon as Evolution 1.4 is finished. The Ximian Gnome
Desktop 2 likely will be available then, too.

FYI: Mandrake just released Evo 1.2.4 yesterday. Fire up
'MandrakeUpdate' to get all the latest packages from Mandrake.
