[Evolution] Configuration problem with MSN and Evolution 1.0.8

I've just migrated from Windows XP to Red Hat Linux 8.0 and am having 
difficulty configuring Evolution to connect to MSN to download my email.

I keep getting

Error while 'Fetching Mail':
Unable to connect to POP server.
Error sending username: command not implemented

after I submit my MSN password.  My settings are pop3.email.msn.com and 
smtp.email.msn.com.

Any suggestions?
