[Evolution] Failure with UW IMAP and TLS

I was switching an account from POP3 to IMAP and tried querying password
formats with TLS set to "when available". The server log showed the
symtpom in the following newsgroup posting, suggesting that Evo (9/13
snapshot) has the same problem that Eudora did then. Evo works fine if I
set TLS to "always".
