Hello, I'm new to the list, so I've got to say that I'm an argentine (so
that's why my horrible english) net admin.
Here at my work I'm doing a migration into Linux, so my users say goodby
to Outlook (for wich I'm so pleased) and hello to Evolution.
I've never used evolution before (I'm a Pine adict ;-)) so I'm getting
a little problems here, so, for what matters:
1) How do You change the text size en the pre-visualization window, so
it's bigger by default?
For 1.0.x versions, you have to set these options in the GNOME Control
Centre under the HTML Viewer section.
2) I've got a problem on one machine that couldn't sync the IMAP
account. so Evolution stay "tilt", and the user eventually ends up
killin' the client, I suspect on a network problem, but I think that
been unable to sync is not a propper reason to stay tilt for an e-mail
client. Has enyone this problem or know a workaround?
It depends on what the problem was... you might have run into a deadlock
situation or you may have encountered a bug where Evolution was sending
command-lines that were too long to the server (this is fixed in 1.1.x)
or it could be something else. It's really hard to say without knowing
more.
