[Evolution] time messed up

I'm using the latest development snapshot of evo.

The clock on my KDE toolbar is correct ... but when I send mail (to
myself, for example), it is stamped as four hours earlier.
(I am in the eastern US/Canada timezone).

What do I need to do to get my email stamped as going out at the correct
time?  What setting it messed up?
