I am also getting an incorrect Received Time using today's snapshot.

In my case the Date and Time are both wrong.  The Date shows "Dec 23"
and the time is "3:51 AM" which is -6 hours from local time, and -12
from GMT.

The received header dates look like this:

Received: ...... Tue, 1 Oct 2002 09:51:12 -0500 (CDT)
Received: ...... Tue, 1 Oct 2002 10:51:09 -0400 (EDT)
Received: ...... Tue, 1 Oct 2002 09:55:41 -0400
Received: ...... Tue, 1 Oct 2002 09:55:22 -0400
Received: ...... Tue, 1 Oct 2002 08:41:13 -0600
