[Evolution] Word Wrap

I hate to bug you guys with a simple question, but...

How do I get Evolution to word-wrap a reply? 

It word wraps fine when I write, but the text from the person I am
replying to, every paragraph is one big long line. 

I use text mode as my default, rather than html. And I have it set for
quoted (so I get the little > symbols).
