When you edit the email account settings, in the lower right (provided
you're using 1.2) you can choose the default signature that is always
appended to your outgoing/replying email - that way, every single time
you will get your "favored" signature as opposed to the autogen that
comes up normally...

TOOLS \ SETTINGS \ EMAIL ACCOUNTS \ EDIT

That should do ya mate.
