[Evolution] Exiting window frozen and duplicated messages

Many times, when I try to shutdown the Evolution, the "Evolution is
existing" window just frozen, and stay there for very long time (more
than half an hour). And if I kill it, next time all the message that I
get last time will be duplicated. Is it because of some bug?
