Happens with my IMAP folders sometimes.
Clicking in another folder and back corrects problem.
Also seen samething when using filters.
I have a filter that moves all [Evolution] to a separate folder.
Unread mark in left window stays on INBOX not following messages to folder. This is a bit annoying when theres a bunch of folders.
Only way to correct it is to "killev" and restart.
My guess is we should file a bug.
