[Evolution] Content-Transfer-Encoding

I supposed this to be an FAQ, but I can't find it anywhere
(and searching list archives for this topic is difficult...):

Is there no way to make Evolution send eMails with 8bit-characters
rather than quoted-printable-encoding?
