Sort of.   Depends on how the servers bugs interact with our bugs.

What server are you using, etc.  You may want to file a bug report and
include debugging information like the server dialogue (obtained by
running evolution-mail with CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG set to 1 in the
environment).
