Re: [Evolution] import heaps of eudora mail?

I was able to convert from eudora to evo using a nice perl tool by a guy
named Tim Coston. I found it on Freshmeat.net. It's a collection of
scripts which convert between kmail, eudora, netscape and evolution.
The scripts center around kmail, but it was simple to convert eudora to
kmail then kmail to evolution. I did loose all the attachments, but I
think that had more to do with the way the infrastructure guys have
eudora setup here (attachments are stored in a set directory on a
network drive).

i need to import heaps of old eudora mail. one file at a time, not. i
found mbox-import (by Joe Ammond) that seems to address this.
mbox-import made it's copy, seemingly fine as far as i can
tell, where i told it to in ~/evolution/local/mailtarg/.

now, what might i need to do to get evolution (1.0.3) to notice the
result? perhaps the previous version of evolution just would notice
such a new folder, and 1.0.3 doesn't?

i even tried making my eudora stuff visible via (uw) imap, but evolution
refuses to copy folders from there. would it do better via a different
imap?

is there a way? am i overlooking something?
