[Evolution] editing LDAP entries

I am using Evolution 1.03 and want to be able to edit LDAP entries on my
OpenLDAP server.  However when I pop up the Address Card only the Full
Name is editable.  I am unable to change Title, Organization, Primary
e-mail, phone #'s, etc.  Can anyone point me in the direction to why
these fields are grayed out?

I have the following schemas loaded on startup for OpenLDAP

include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema

include /usr/local/etc/openldap/schema/misc.schema
