Yea, that's a Gtk/GNOME thing, Evolution doesn't place any icons there
(in fact those icons are built into the GNOME libs, they are not
accessed from the file system).

No warnings in the terminal, and nothing changes if I refresh
(re-expose).
All the .png files seem to be there (when compared to a working
Evolution install). I guess it _could_ be the code that puts the pixmap
onto the button? Is that a gtk thing?
