[Evolution] 20020603 Snapshot: Bonobo Config Database error

Hello!
With the install of today's snapshot, the fell "Cannot access
Bonobo/Config Database on wombat" error has returned. When I try to run
wombat on its own, I get:
purp milagro:~ [14:28] <65> wombat
wombat-Message: Starting wombat
wombat-pas-Message: Error registering the PAS factory: not listed
wombat-Message: main(): could not initialize Wombat service "PAS";
terminating
bonobo-moniker-xmldb runs with no error and no output.
I've searched the archives, bugzilla, and the web and tried the various
solutions suggested by all of these with no luck, so I've dropped back
to the 0516 snapshot (0528 was crashing on me constantly). I also
noticed that no one else has reported this yet.
I'm using RedHat 7.2 with only the necessary Ximian bits overlayed:
