[Evolution] Wombat crashes on ldap modify

Everything else related to LDAP works perfectly, adding, deleting, etc. 
But I am unable to modify any entries, which is more than mildly
annoying.  

OS: Debian (sid) unstable
Evolution: 1.0.7
LDAP: OpenLDAP 2.0.23

Anyone seen this?  Quick fix available?  (crosses fingers).
