[Evolution] Contact-editor defaults

Hi!

Does anybody know whether it is possible (and how) to change the four
telephone numbers shown in the contact-editor. I would like to replace
the "Business Fax" with "Assistent", but after closing and saving and
then reopening the contact-editor this is changed back, so in order to
see the Assistent-number I have to select it again!
One possible way is probably to change the source code and recompile,
although I did not try it yet, I hope there is an alternative?
