[Evolution] Filter for high ASCII bits

How would I compose a filter for messages with bit 7 on in the subject
line? I see a lot of messages obviously not using a US English character
set, often coming from .tw domains, and would like to auto-file those in
my spam folder. Detecting chars 128-255 in the subject should deal with
them.
